Quick question: Do people still judge an account by its follower count? I feel like even with great content, if someone sees I have 200 followers, they just scroll past. Should I try to “pad” the numbers a bit to look more credible? What do you guys think?

You totally nailed it — it really is all about perception, especially when you’re just starting out. I’ve been looking for a way to give my page that “legit” look without doing anything shady, and this sounds like a perfect solution. Thanks so much for the recommendation!
