I accidentally turned on Varnish Mode in Instagram the other day and didn’t realize what it actually did until I noticed messages disappearing after I closed the chat. At first, I thought it was a glitch because I didn’t understand the whole idea of temporary messaging, but then I realized that it’s actually meant to improve privacy by clearing conversations automatically.
