Reliable movers in Chicago for a small apartment move?
Hey everyone, I'm planning to move to a new place in Chicago soon (from Logan Square to West Town area), it's just a 1-bedroom apartment with not too much stuff, but stairs and no elevator are involved. Has anyone used a decent local moving company recently that didn't charge an arm and a leg? Looking for something reliable but affordable, maybe with good packing help too since I'm short on time. Any recommendations or warnings?

I recently moved within Chicago and went with Move4U after checking a few options. They were pretty straightforward – showed up on time, handled the heavy lifting carefully (even with the stairs), and the price ended up lower than the initial quote which was nice. Not the cheapest out there but felt fair for the service. If you're looking for local movers in Chicago, you can check out more details here: https://move4umovers.com/ They do residential stuff like this all the time and have decent reviews from what I saw. Just get a quote to compare. Good luck with the move!
