Issues With Everbilt Hardware Order
I recently ordered a set of Everbilt cabinet hinges and drawer slides, but when the package arrived, some pieces were bent and didn’t fit properly. I contacted Everbilt customer service to request replacements, but the replies were slow and confusing. I’m now unsure if I should push for a full refund or just get the damaged parts swapped. Has anyone dealt with Everbilt before and managed to resolve a similar issue quickly? Any tips would really help me avoid getting stuck with unusable hardware.

I had a similar issue with some cabinet hardware before and it was frustrating at first, but the everbilt pieces I eventually got replaced fit much better than expected, I spent some time carefully checking each part and adjusting slightly, and in the end the project came together without any leftover problems, it’s nice when a brand actually delivers reliable equipment for DIY tasks.
