Suika Circuit Members

Hey folks! I'm sure this is a plentifully asked question, but what does it take to run laps at Suika?

How can I go about getting on the track? I just want to do a couple novice slow-ish laps with a couple of my old builds.

I could be interested in renting the track for a few hours or are there any open track days to be able to squeak some tires without the possibility of a speeding ticket?
